Hey there, we’ve got a beautiful one year old chihuahua/pit mix pup in need of a new home. About 20 pounds or less I’m guessing. Our landlord implemented a new rule with a 1 pet limit per household. So, since this girl is young and learning we’ve decided to let her go and grow with another family. I love her so much and want her to be with someone whom will send pictures of her from time to time. We already have a cat and he’s been with us forever. She is 1 years old and her birthday is in September. She’s intact and also hasn’t had her first shots yet. She knows paw(shake), sit, stay and wait, spin, and she will go to her bed (kennel) if told. Does super well with baths, nail clips and hikes. Loves people and does well with other dogs her size and cats. Not sure how she will do with larger dogs. Please, I won’t give her to just anyone. There is also an adoption fee of $100.00 so I know she’ll be taken care of in the long run. Negotiable to the right home. She comes with a large kennel, a bunch of clothes, socks, booties, some food and her bowl.
