Come join us at Green Lawn Cemetery as we honor veterans with a short ceremony and decoration of graves. Each December on National Wreaths across America Day, ceremonies are held at Arlington National Cemetery as well as 1,600 sites across the country and abroad. Come join us at Green Lawn as we decorate Soldiers Circle, located at the north end of Section M. A short ceremony will be held and volunteers will then spread wreaths among the markers. No registration is required.   Organized as a non-profit association in 1848, Green Lawn Cemetery has served Columbus, Ohio for more than 170 years. Few cemeteries in America can match the natural beauty of our landscaping, trees, and ravines. The second largest cemetery in Ohio, Green Lawn offers a vast treasure for Columbus historians, bird watchers, and a peaceful escape for those seeking rest and quiet from the busy city life. We also provide educational programs for the community the first Saturday of each month.
