HEAVY HITTERS class will teach basic punches, kicks and combinations on boxing bags. In this class you'll learn basic punches and kicks, then use them in combination to hit a boxing bag to the beat of heart-thumping music. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are essential (and required) for this class and for your protection. You'll get your sweat on while taking the stress off! MOVE will provide one-size-fits-all boxing gloves, but you're welcome to bring your own, along with your own hand-wraps. If you do not have hand-wraps, they are available to purchase as an add-on for $6.00 to your class registration ticket .
