A grown up prom for the LGBTQIA2s+ community! The prom of rom com dreams. Live band (announced 12/3!), bubbles, snacks, and so much dancing. Wild Child will be dressing up for an all night dance party on New Years Eve. The Queer Rom Com Prom is a grown up prom for the LGBTQIA2s+ community. The prom of rom com dreams complete with a live band (just like the movies!), bubbles, snacks and more dancing than we can begin to promise. Every ticket comes with a corsage or boutonnière custom made by our talented neighbors at Rococo Floral and a crown for a room-wide prom court. Proof of vaccination is required. BAND ANNOUNCED ON DECEMBER 3RD! Tickets Include: 1 corsage or boutonnière by Rococo Floral 1 crown (no prom court here, everyone is prom royalty) 1 drink ticket 1 snack ticket All access to Wild Child all night long, including an exclusive set by [ANNOUNCED on DECEMBER 3RD] Tickets are available on a sliding scale- all tickets include everything, but if you cannot afford the lowest cost, please email [email protected]. Ticket prices cover all of the included accoutrements and help us pay the band who will be spending their night with us! $60 $75, suggested $100, covers a ticket for someone else The Evening: 9:00 arrive, a true promenade of fit checks 9:30 band (announced 12/3!) plays, you dance 10:30 dance floor opens, requests are taken all night, we dance 11:45 countdown with the band begins, dance, again 12:00 a midnight toast 12:30 drift off into the night Suggestions! Wear Prom Attire! Your best formal dreams, whatever that means for your queer ass self Bring a change of clothes! We will be collecting prom dress, suit and tuxedo donations for Operation Prom, an organization that provides prom attire for folks who cannot afford formal wear Not Suggestions: PROOF OF VAX IS REQUIRED. This is an extended evening of dancing, drinking, eating and conversing. Safety first. Masks are suggested.
