Custodian/Handyman/Maintenance Non-profit synagogue in White Plains, NY is looking for a full time CUSTODIAN/HANDYMAN/MAINTENANCE PERSON. Hours would be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday-from 7:00 a.m-3:00 p.m. The pay is $15 an hour and overtime is available. Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered. Overall building maintenance a must. Responsibilities include: complete set-up/take-down/clean-up for meetings and events, cleaning/sanitizing of classrooms, bathrooms and communal space, trash removal, and moving furniture. Also, must be able to do the following simple handyman work: minor repair of equipment, maintenance of tables and chairs (including keeping tops clean). Must speak English Must be able to lift, push, or pull objects up to 75 lbs. Team Player: Positive Attitude and attention to detail a must
