Join Lauren Eckstrom & Inner Dimension TV for an in-person, 2 hour yoga practice of thematic power yoga, yin yoga & meditation. Join Lauren Eckstrom & Inner Dimension TV for an in-person, 2 hour yoga practice of thematic power yoga, yin yoga, meditation and connection. In a truly holistic way, we will return to each other, at last. Attendance for this live practice is limited to 45 participants! Space is limited and this event will sell out quickly.  Please bring your own yoga mat, water and personal props to enhance your practice. This class is being held in the city of Los Angeles and is beholden to the current restrictions set in place by the city. According to the city, participants must show proof of vaccination. At the door, temperatures will also be checked. Upon entry, masks will be optional. During class, a large rollaway gate will be open for additional airflow and two air filters will be running. Please consider your current personal safety needs. If the guidelines above do not meet your needs, please consider waiting for a future class to join us.
