I am looking for someone who has experience installing carpet in a residential setting. I need about 700 sq/ft of carpet installed. The carpet would be laid over a concrete floor so padding will be needed. The carpet has not yet been purchased so would need a recommendation of where to purchase that can provide in a timely manner. PLEASE READ: We will purchase all the material needed to do the job.
