Need licensed electrician to help permit solar system

I need a licensed electrical contractor or electrician to help me permit / install a solar system for my residential house. Electrical service is Withlacoochee co-op. Also I will need you to do all the electrical work and possibly the solar panel installation. Although I do have Have two guys that can install the solar panels on the roof and run all the PV lines down to the breaker panel and you just tie it in to the inverter / breaker panel and like I said need you for the permit and inter connection. Must me insured and bonded. Also if you have a good price for doing everything. I am open to having you do everything if price is right and you know how to do the roof install.
