Move Sofa from Winter Park to Maitland

I need help moving a couch from a house near Lakemont Ave and Aloma (Winter Park) to Lake Ave and 17-92 (Maitland). Google maps says it is 3.9 miles. The Sofa is a typical 3 seat. The couch is on the first floor and will be taken to an apartment. There is a service elevator in the building but it will need to be carried up 11 steps once we get off the elevator.
