Sip and Stroll through Buffalo's tallest building with the man himself, Santa Claus. Friends of Seneca One, You are invited to join Douglas Development and Santa Claus for a tour of Seneca One that you will not want to miss. Dash through the halls of Seneca One guided by Santa and his reindeer as you explore the ins and outs of the building in small groups while touching on the history and future of each space. The tour will take about an hour and is provided at a nominal fee of $15 that includes your selection of beer/wine to enjoy prior to the tour. Don't worry, the tour ends at the famous Lobby Bar as well! The tour includes breathtaking views of WNY from over 38 floors up, a look at some brand new tech spaces (M&T Bank not included), visits to Seneca One's many amenities, and your chance to learn about what Seneca One is doing for technology in WNY and how you can get involved. Just a couple things: We will NOT be visiting the roof as Santa does not want anyone messing with his historic sleigh, any M&T Bank spaces, or any residential units as they are all filled. We will meet at the Lobby Bar of Seneca One at 5:30 PM. Please look for Santa Claus, your tour guide, and grab your trick voucher from him prior to the tour. If you're running late, we can handle the drink afterwards as well. You can enter the building at Seneca and Main St where you will see two entrances on each side of Main St with escalators that will bring you right to the main lobby. Anybody over 5 minutes late will be left behind. We will be leaving promptly at the time you signed up, if you’re late you can sign up for another tour in the future. Seneca One in Buffalo, NY.
