Plant Based Cooking Adventure - "The Angel Communication Diet" with Chef Wendell Fowler
Locally famous, Chef Wendell Fowler delivers an in-person, plant-based cooking adventure at The Erika Brooke Haven in Fountain Square regarding “The Angel Communication Diet”. In addition to his syndicated column, and regular appearance on WISH TV’s Indy Style, Chef is author of the “Eat Right Now” book series about the vitamin-power of a plant-based diet to build holistic health, our divine birthright.
Chef is partnering with Erika Brooke, life-long cook and curator of The Erika Brooke Haven: a safe place of peace, refuge, and a cooking workshop space for those reconnecting with Gaia’s original pharmacy and embarking on a plant-food fueled journey to create a vibrant quality of life.
In harmony with author Gregg Braden and PhD., Bruce Lipton, Chef believes each of our trillions of healthy cells are antenna to the electromagnetic vibrational energy field Einstein suggested envelops us. Guests can expect a lively, hands-on experience and open discussion as Chef Wendell teaches how to make a Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms appetizer, classic French Vinaigrette (the foundation of most salad dressings), dark leafy green composed salad with veggies, nuts and pumpkin seeds, and 3-Mushroom Stroganoff (shiitake, oyster, Portobello). Pasta: Millet and Brown rice pasta. For dessert: Tahini Chocolate Banana Ice cream.
