A safe space to tap into self with yoga and medicine to release what no longer serves, end old cycles and welcome in the new you for 2022. Join Cynthia and Akal as they guide us through a curated healing experience of the mind, body, and soul. We will dive deep into a Kundalini Yoga session that involves movement, breathwork and chanting mantra, calming the parasympathetic nervous system and breaking any physical stagnant energy. After a deep relaxation we will move to a unique "sound board" experience where we will continue the release of any thoughts and emotions in a loving, empathic way.We will follow with a sacred hape ceremony where we will set our unique intentions and open ourselves to receive the divine love within. Hape is a sacred and legal tobacco snuff from the Amazons that is administered through the nose with two deep breaths to the receiver. This hape is comes from the Matses tribe in Peru. We will come together by sharing a cup of special cacao made from scratch using the cacao bean that comes from a collective in Guerrero, Mexico. We will drink "cacao chocolate" (vegan) together to speak from the heart and create a lasting relationship with ourselves, and re-new our deep bonds with our essense in order to welcome prosperity, love and abundance and self acceptance. When one speaks from the heart, one speaks from his truth and from there it is possible to create a new reality.And finally, we will go through a stellar meditation and writting experience where we manifest our futures for the upcoming 2022 year. Everyone will come back to their highest selves and tap into this future timeline. We all have greatness inside us looking for release into this world. Let's manifest!
