Hi, I'm an experienced, semi-pro drummer and I offer some friendly advice... You'll never get the right person with an ad like that - most of it was negativity and previous-drummer bashing. Right away it makes you sound difficult to work with, and like the previous person had a point..."don't flake on us...?"! Do we need to promise that in writing; notarized..?! If a potential employer told me that in the application stage, I'd run - as would all pros. Oh, and Thurs MORNINGS for practice? That sure sweetens the pot...no members are employed...?! And Re, 'employment' - It's "not a paid gig", but you mention studio expenses - but not your long term plan...unless you guys are the next Rush (maybe a good resume builder??), who would find that appealing/drive to the sticks for it?? As Hanny Lechter once said, "Quid pro Quo, Clarice..." Just sayin'. Good luck out there!
