Join Carrie for this special 90 minute New Year's based class. We will prepare our body, mind, and soul for the upcoming 2022 year with gentle movement, writing, and a reiki cleanse. This class is designed for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in, a journal, and anything you would like to offer to the altar (a picture of a loved one, a crystal, etc.) ***Attendance is limited, please call and reserve your spot*** Cost: $35 Natural Healing Centers offers complementary or alternative forms of health care which means we treat all aspects of dis-ease or discomfort.
