Description

As a full-time BILINGUAL (English and Spanish) Parts Clerk you will use your exceptional communication and customer service skills to support the Branch parts counter and service technician golf car parts needs. Responsibilities will include: Greeting customers in person or over the phone to identify their needs. Working closely with the Service Technicians to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs & external jobs Receiving, counting, and maintaining inventory Providing price quotes via the phone, e-mail, or fax Following up with customers Packing, shipping, receiving, and distributing packages Maintaining a clean work area Must develop and maintain excellent product knowledge Will be responsible for the highest level of customer service for internal and external customers, company-wide.
