Help Neutering Cat

I have a sweet cat who has been amazing. No issues at all until we adopted another cat. He’s now peeing everywhere. Neutering him is our first step but we don’t have a lot of funds to do so. I don’t want to get rid of him if it’s something we can fix! Does anyone know of anywhere doing cheap/free neutering? I had found one option but they’re permanently closed. It’s gotten bad enough it can’t wait until we can afford it. Any suggestions at all would be amazing. Tyia
