This will be an easy paced forest exploration guided by gentle invitations to connect to yourself and the land around you. Laughing Tree Walks invites you to join us the morning of December 18th for a special Solstice forest bathing experience. Come step on to the trail at the Macleish Field Station and greet the Winter Forest. Who will emerge to greet you? Isaac Paulman is a certified Forest Therapy Guide and is the creator of Laughing Tree Walks. He received certification through the Association of Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. The mission of Laughing Tree Walks is to facilitate accessible and abundant opportunities for interaction between human animals and the more than human world, within which we live.
