Join us for a day of learning and growing with fellow child care providers! Tarrant County center-based directors and owners, as well as home-based providers, are welcome to attend. The leadership training will take place first, followed by optional focus groups. Leadership training will take place from 10:00am-2:00pm. Lunch will be provided, and participants will receive clock hours. Topics include: Identify your "why"Defining your leadership styleCommittee roles and responsibilitiesTeam buildingThe focus groups will begin at 2:00pm. The conversation will include topics related to providing high quality child care. Participants in the focus groups will receive a stipend of $300.
