Join Wendi Fredregill, owner of Empowered Bridge, and Tricia Rivas, owner of Trixie's Salon and Spa, for a leadership workshop. Secure leaders know to ask for help, say what they don’t know and admit when they’ve made a mistake but that isn't always easy. In this 2 hour workshop, leadership experts, Wendi & Tricia, will walk participants in through how to encourage vulnerability and empower their teams. Each participant will learn how to use tools like the 9Grid Notebook & QPlan to plan their goals and take steps to achieve them. This session will take place in the community room of Trixie's Salon and Spa in Des Moines, Iowa and will include a boxed lunch from Palmers. *Event is limited to six attendees.
