Survey Merchandiser is looking for several Merchandisers to complete an Overnight Reset Project at a local store Walmart store in the area of O'Fallon, IL. The reset starts on January 9th and will continue for several weeks. You'll also complete two (2) hours of online training (paid) after your first in-store shift. About the Work: - Pay is $17/hr, paid via Openforce thru Survey Merchandiser App. - Two hours of paid online training. - Reset starts on January 9th and will continue for several weeks. - Workdays are Sunday to Thursday between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. (1 hr unpaid lunch, two 15-min paid breaks). - This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. - You'll have a designated team lead on site. This person will assign your daily tasks, check your work, and act as your supervisor on the job. Typical tasks include: - Removing products from the shelves. - Placing new items based on the updated planogram (provided by store personnel). - Assembling and installing fixtures, shelves, racks, and signage. - Reorganize product tags so that they match the new shelf Planogram. - Go to the store back room to get new inventory to complete the restock. - Team Lead may request some miscellaneous tasks. - Making sure the products face the front and are in perfect order. Perks: - All work is conveniently picked up and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments. - Payments are deposited to your account within 6 days after completing your day of work. - Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred. - Rep Support is available 7 days a week. - After the reset ends, you will have additional opportunities to pick up gigs if you are interested in continuing to work. About You: - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team. - You have basic knowledge of how to use tools such as a hammer or screwdriver. - You’re able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs. - You must be 18 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. - You’re able to pass a background check. - Drug screening may be required. - Previous reset or retail merchandising experience is a plus.
