Journeyman roofer for repair and evaluation. Flat torch down roof showing its age with leaking at flashing etc. Will pay $40 per hour for combination repair and assessment of long term roofing options. Minimum two days, with truck use and travel paid. Can be weekend if needed. List experience please.
