Bringing together the health and fitness community in Kern County, attendees of all ages are welcome to attend. This is a great opportunity to explore the numerous services and products catering to a healthy lifestyle. Shop for new fitness clothing, sample healthy foods and snacks, and learn about new products that will enhance your workout! Join us at the Kern County Fairgrounds and enjoy a live NASPOWER Cup Powerlifting Competition hosted by USPA Central California Meet Director, Lord Elliott MS, which features a full roster of 50 lifters competing to break State and National Records! Bakersfield Fit Fest will also feature a variety of live demonstrations from fitness instructors, gyms, dance studios and more! Tickets are $10 each.
