Trust but Verify, Property Management Trust Exercise, 3 hours Required CE / PL A hand’s on (using paper and calculators) exercise for property managers. Simulates starting trust accounts for a new residential property management company and creating the paperwork through end of month SDREC Trust Account Reconciliation. Class highlights areas property managers need to be aware of for compliance with SDREC reconciliation and reporting. Tuesday February 15, 2022, 1-4 pm. Works as CE and PL renewal credit. Minimum class size of 3 needs to be met to hold class. If attending on ZOOM: Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smartphones. All remote access fees waived. Zoom invitation emailed separately with class handouts.
