Hi, I do balloon designs here in Bend, OR. I recently started doing bouquets as well! I started a few months ago after being trained by a professional out of Chicago. I offer custom designs and work with high quality balloons, faux florals, and other materials (not cheap online kits). I offer quick, no obligation quotes and I'm a DIYer by trade so I'm not afraid of a challenge. I'm on FB and Instagram under the name Second Charm Balloon Designs.
