Startup production company looking for like-minded performers/crew

Hello! One of us decided to create a small, employee-owned production company and a few stand-up comics jumped on board. The key in employee-owned is the word "poor." We're just starting out and don't make any money yet, but when we do — oh, when we do — the money will be paid around co-op style. As of now, we're just looking for a few people who have an interest in comedy/improv/goofy sh*t to help make up the core group. We're fleshing out a few podcasts at the moment, and we're planning to start at least a couple of YouTube channels once we get all the gear/space figured out.
