Enjoy dinner and drinks at the pub on New Year's Eve! We're doing this New Year's Eve a little differently! From 5-9 p.m., we'll have a three-course set menu for $50 and an abbreviated menu with select items you can purchase a la carte. If you prefer to enjoy Chef Reny's set menu, you can purchase a ticket here for a seating at 5 p.m., 7 p.m. or 9 p.m. Each ticket includes one dish from each course listed below, as well as a glass of house champagne, red wine or white wine. You may purchase additional drinks and dishes at the pub if you wish, of course. DJ information to be announced soon. First course Roasted Chestnut Soup: Burnt Honey, Celery Root, Celery Leaf OR Reuben Egg Roll: Homemade Corned Beef, Sauerkraut, Swiss, Secret Sauce Second course Pan Roasted Salmon: Preserved Lemon Wilted Spinach, Black Mustard-Tomato Coulis OR Beef and Guinness “Stew”: Boneless Short Rib, Pearl Onions, Carrots, Peas, Potato Puree, Reduced Natural Juices Third course Compressed Apple Cake: Whiskey Caramel Sauce, Whipped Cream OR Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse: Bailey’s Creme Anglaise, Coffee-Shortbread Streusel
