Looking for 4 total people. The 4 will be broken into teams of 2. Each of the locations listed require 2 people for each service. This work will be laid back and great for someone retired looking to just make a little extra without sacrificing all their time. Please read the entire ad. The first two groups main tasks will be as follows. Tech One: Using dust mop one technician will dust mop and sweep the entire store. They will also use a putty knife to basically scrape off stickers and things that may have gotten stuck on the floor. The dusting and scraping will take around 30-40 minutes. After this the technician will go to the restrooms to clean them top to bottom. Most restrooms are one to two toilet units so cleaning them usually takes around 30 minutes total to complete both. All chemicals for restroom cleanings will be supplied by my company. We are allowed to use facility mop and bucket which is located in the back of the stores. Tech two: Immediately following the first technician will begin using portable floor scrubber to wash floors scrubber is walk behind and has squeegee to dry the floor. This entire process should be done at a regular walking pace and should take about an hour to complete. Some small areas will be mopped. Must use GPS clock in app provided for each service and give the store managers the numbers that they will call in. We will be purchasing one to replace broken we have one compact floor scrubber currently operation and we have another on order. For the time being it means group will mop the floors which is allowed under emergencies until other machine arrives. Pay for these are $40 per person per service. Need two teams for these and tasks can be alternated or completed differently as long as done in same time frame. We have completed before and know how long it should take.
