Landlord needs Helper to go from job to job, house to house with owner or maintenance staff. We clean houses, carpets, yard work, load and unload truck, shop for parts and anything else we can do to support maintenance staff and principal. We manage and work on over 40 houses and buy more as often as we can. You can learn on the job what property managers and maintenance staff do. Indirectly you can learn to invest wholesale or creatively with low down payments You can participate in investments if you find them for principal with no cash investment.
