Local Water company is in need of an experienced Home Water Installer and also seeking Install Manager. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Must have the following: - Water installation experience. Water softeners and reverse osmosis - Master plumber needs to install, or someone with a TCEQ (Texas Commission of Evironmental Quality) Water License, either Class II or III. - Strong work ethic. - Valid driver's license. - Clean driving record. - OWN TOOLS and a RELIABLE vehicle Job Description and Requirements: -Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem solving resources, prioritizing, scheduling assignments and managing technician crew. -Responsible for all communication to customers for repairs including service ticket review and repair report documentation. -Oversee customer and sales correspondence, the tracking of shipments, order processing and equipment inventory. -Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction. -Provide support to Sales Team. -Responsible for Equipment Inventory and Tech Payroll
