Installers & General Laborer: Growing window installation company seeking reliable general laborers to join our growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting Superintendents & Foremen, and following all site health and safety regulations. Experience in the construction industry is preferred but will train the right person. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. People with a military background are encouraged to apply. General Labor Duties and Responsibilities • Follow project instructions from construction manager or supervisor • Use construction, maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks • Safely operate a variety of tools • Clean and clear debris • Be able to climb ladders or scaffolding 20 feet or more for job site construction • Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site • Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly General Labor Requirements and Qualifications • Drug Free Workplace • Must be 18 years of age • High school diploma/GED preferred • Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds • Able to work independently or as an active member of a team • Work is performed in an outdoor setting which could include inclement weather, heat & humidity, and exposure to elements. • Out of town travel and/or overnight stay is a possibility • Proficiency in the English language is required To apply for this position send a text to the listed phone number in this ad or Email a resume to [email protected].
