The first (and likely last) VERY DINKY CHRISTMAS is coming to a Hotel Congress Lobby (311 N. Congress, Tucson) near you Wednesday, December 22 at 8 p.m. Hear THE LITTLE DINKS - the sonic personification of the COVID 19 virus - set fire to such Christmas classics as Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, We Three Kings, and their holiday hit - Strangers in the Christmas Night! The performance is FREE, although a little piece of your soul may die and the crushing humiliation of having been there may cause trauma for the rest of your days. So pack up the nose gold, become "incensed" and mind your Myrr while you follow that star. The Three Wise Guys are coming to town!!!!! During the performance (and in fact before and after) the Cup Cafe will remain closed. However all three bars will be there to deaden your pain and the Food Truck will be open! The best news is that it will be over quick. I mean, Jesus, how much Christmas music can a right thinking person take? This will be the last (and first) performance by the tepid trio of song (ahem) "interpreters" for 2021. Miss it at your own relief! A Very Dinky Christmas! Ho, ho, ho! And deepest regrets, in advance.
