This is a plant-based cooking demonstration at the nation's first fully plant-based nutrition and culinary education center. You'll learn how to create a menu full of nutrient dense foods while learning both cooking tips and gaining an incredible nutrition education inside of two-hours given by Caryn Dugan. You will sample all the food prepared and the recipes are yours to keep! Come hungry and prepare to meet some really awesome people who, like you, who are curious about a plant-based diet, or who just want to add more plants to their plate!
Caryn adopted a plant-based diet since 2008, created St. Louis Veg Girl in 2011 and founded the Center for Plant-based Living in 2019.
