Apartment community's in the Blythe looking for a professional maintenance tech. Must be experienced with maintenance in the apartment industry or hotels. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Full time work.
You must be able to perform apartment rent ready work, routine maintenance work orders, exterior property maintenance, grounds keeping, etc. Must have good people skills dealing with residents, and be self motivating. Bilingual a plus.
