Join us on a 28 mile holiday lights road ride to the suburbs and back! Ronnie (they/them) is starting up group rides again with a new acronym: FTQ - femme/trans/queer, and this will be our first FTQ ride! Join us for a 28 mile holiday lights road ride leaving from Fairmount Bicycles at 6pm! We'll ride out to Drexel Hill to enjoy some suburban light displays and end in the streets of South Philly to visit some classic christmas culdesacs. We'll aspire to keep an average of 13mph so we can have more time to admire lights and get home before 10 ;) - knowledge of hand signals and group riding safety strongly encouraged! There are two sets of tickets on the next page. One is a general admission ticket that's free. The second one is a donation-based ticket that gets split between our community card and our ride leader. The community card is a fund we started last year to provide flat fixes to folks who can't afford them otherwise. As the ticket is donation-based, there is no obligation to do so; however, our hope is that through donations, we can expand our fund and the kind of services we can offer people. We are a bike shop located at 2015 Fairmount Ave offering sales, rentals, and service.
