Final presentation for community feedback with the College for Creative Studies MFA Systems Design Studio 1 "Adaptive Connection" project. The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History is collaborating with The College for Creative Studies to bring community voice for CCS' MFA Systems Design Studio 1 "Adaptive Connection" project. This work explores what it means to be connected to adapt to the environmental challenges facing cities in the 21st century. Students worked with community members to better understand the priorities, questions, and ideas people have relating to the topic. This project is the second iteration of the City of Design Challenge, a program launched by Design Core and College for Creative Studies in 2021. The outcome of this class will support Pre-Challenge discovery and engagement to help shape the final brief that helps inform participants involved in the 2022 Challenge. RSVP for COVID protocols.
