We are in need of a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor for a beautiful, well kept community in the Tri-City area. Our Maintenance Supervisors ensure that their properties operate smoothly and efficiently from a maintenance standpoint by utilizing their skills and implementing appropriate procedures. The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Community Manager and Regional Manager. Our ideal Maintenance Supervisor candidate will be a team player, have renovation and multi-family experience, can effectively meet and deal with the public, communicate effectively, and possess the ability to handle multiple, potentially stressful situations. Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications: 2+ years of Maintenance Supervisor experience in the multi-family industry. Experience completing and overseeing interior and exterior renovations. Prefer HVAC and CPO certified or ability to obtain within the first 90 days. Promote professional attitude and teamwork. Maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and residents alike - even in the face of adversity. Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle with insurance. OTHER REQUIREMENTS - Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary according to company needs including weekends and “non” company holidays. On-call will be required every other weekend. Physical Requirements – While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, sit, and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts or in outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions, fumes, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals. Job Type: Full-time; benefit eligible Pay: From $24.00 per hour DOE; bonus eligible. Will be required to undergo complete background check.
