Description
MANCHESTER, CT — A water main break in a busy area of Manchester resulted in some traffic consternation Thursday morning and delayed the start of classes at Manchester Community College.
The break was reported at about 7 a.m. It took place in the area of Bidwell Street and Ramey Drive, police said.
Police said they were unsure how long repairs would take and urged motorists to be cautious in the area.
The opening of the MCC campus was delayed until 10 a.m.
