I am interested in having a bird of some sort. I have minimal experience with birds, but have done plenty of research. I would prefer a Cockatiel, Quaker, Conure, Meyer’s, Ringneck… or just a medium parrot. Sex and age doesn’t really matter. I can’t pay a large rehoming fee… $0-$200 would be a preferred range.
