Be an in-home CAREGiver and enjoy our clients one-on-one. Full time or part time hours available. We have a variety of shifts available including weekday, evening, nights, weekend and live-in shifts. Duties include, but are not limited to: Companionship and conversation, light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation, medication reminders, incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands and activities; assistance with grooming and bathing, assistance with toileting and incontinence issues and Alzheimer's care. CAREGiver is responsible to respond to office calls within 15 minutes unless prior arrangements have been made. Shifts within criteria cannot be declined. Requirements to be a CAREGiver: Prior experience is preferred, but not required - skills training provided by Home Instead. Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect, ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner, be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner, must be at least 21 years old, complete a criminal background check, DMV check and have valid auto insurance.
