We are a small team of passionate grits and congee specialist. Our shop has a walk-up/take-out window selling to-go items only.
We are looking for someone to fill in on Saturday and Sunday brunch/lunch shifts. Work starts at 8am and ends at around 3pm depending on how busy it gets.
Responsibilities primarily include:
-making grits and congee
-maintaining cleanliness
-helping with clean up
-minor prepping
Compensation starts at $17 an hour plus tips. Tips is around $30-$50 a shift depending on how busy (after split among staff).
We will test you to see if you are a good fit. We hire based on reliability and not so much on the skills i.e. show up and be on time consistently.
