$500 DOLLAR SIGNING BONUS All-Star and Eastside Mobile Auto Glass are regional companies serving the vast majority of the Puget Sound Area. We are looking to hire a full-time Auto Glass technicians and trainees in the Puget Sound metro areas for both mobile service and our shop locations. On average, All-Star Auto Glass Service Technicians trainees earn between $20 dollars or more per hour depending on performance. Experienced Auto Glass Technicians earn between $24.00 and $32.00 depending on experience. We also offers great medical and dental benefits as well as a 401K. The company pays 75% of the employee's monthly insurance premium costs and all new employees are eligible after 60 days of employment. We have an in-depth paid training program and trainees who successfully complete it are issued a work vehicle, tools and equipment, and a company phone. Minimum Qualifications Clean driving record Lift and carry 50 pounds Complete a criminal background check Give a clear account of your work history.
