This job is primarily interior work. Well versed in all areas of construction. The candidate must have experience in all facets of construction and know how to use all hand tools. Candidate must demonstrate that they are a self-starter, good problem solver, quick study and looking for personal growth opportunities. We offer a consistent work schedule, all tools needed for the job, competitive pay and will provide gas, health/vision insurance, vehicle insurance and a vehicle after 6 months of employment. We also pay through lunch time. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Job Scope: - Able to perform work off of a plan set - Finish carpentry - install cabinetry, millwork and interior doors. - Plumbing and electrical - General - window installation, appliance installs, small drywall patch, installing hardware - Light framing - Inspect all work areas - Submit job logs Successful candidate must: - Listen to and follow instructions - Work as part of a team - Be on time - Have reliable transportation - Have current Washington State Driver's License If you think you are a good fit for the position, please apply with your application.
