XCJ Fulfillment Associate About us: XCJ (Xiao Chi Jie) is looking for exceptional and reliable individuals to join our rapidly expanding team and business. We are an upstart, fast casual, Chinese Street Food concept. Our goal is to share the rich depth and diversity of the Chinese cuisine that we have grown up loving but is difficult to find stateside. We’ve been able to quickly shift gear amidst the rapidly evolving restaurant ecosystem and need your help to continue our burgeoning growth! We want you because you are: -Ready to learn. No prior experience? No problem. If you have the attitude and aptitude, we will develop your skill set. Previous experience packing is helpful, but not required. -Punctual, polite and professional. -Capable of working independently and taking ownership in one’s work. You desire and are motivated to be fast and efficient. -Able to follow instruction, and finish tasks to completion. You desire to grow and learn. -18+ years old You’ll be part of the XCJ warehouse team that gets orders ready for customers. Our fast-paced, physical roles take place in a variety of areas including merch, customer returns, and general fulfillment. You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders. Duties & Responsibilities Some of your duties may include: -Receive and put away inventory -Get customer orders ready and pack them up -Load boxes into trucks for shipment -Troubleshoot problems -Ensure product meets quality requirements Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Working at XCJ is a physically demanding job - fulfillment associate will need to be on their feet throughout their shifts and will need to be able to walk, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull, to handle or move objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
