Free Weight Loss & CDC Diabetes Prevention Program “Focus on Mississippi to Prevent Diabetes” with a free digital scale is now available for December enrollment to Mississippi residents at risk for prediabetes and diabetes. A great program at no cost to Mississippians with pre-existing medical conditions who may be seeking additional advice on how to safely and effectively manage their health. In 2021 we enrolled over 300 Mississippi residents across the state and enrolling now for 2022!
