Sonderling, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission "An EEOC Update from Washington, D.C." TOPIC:  An EEOC Update from Washington, D.C." U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Commissioner Keith E. Sonderling will discuss EEOC regulatory developments, pay data collection, recent notable enforcement and litigation actions, COVID-19-related guidance, and other EEOC hot topics. Commissioner Sonderling will also discuss using Artificial Intelligence to make employment decisions. The Commissioner will answer questions and receive input from attendees. *Recertification credit will be awarded to all LIVE in-person and virtual attendees.   This program is hosted by the HRAM Government Affairs Committee.  If you would like to learn more about the committee or join, please contact the HRAM office.
