In addition, we rent Caterpillar and Other Preferred Manufactured Equipment for contractors.   THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN STOCKTON.   POSITION SUMMARY   Assists Material Handling with a variety of tasks associated with rentals of equipment.   QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS   The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Preparation of new and used units for delivery. Touch up paint                                 Securing decals                                 Adding attachments Check-in and check-out all rental units and accessories including paperwork and photos.                 Review and document all rental and demo return units for condition.                 Wash, steam clean, and fuel all units.                 Perform preventive maintenance with lube, oil, filter changes, as well as belts, hoses, and lights that are defective.                 Tool (attachments) and tire repair and replacement.                 Maintain fleet in the yard by checking oil, water, and start-up machine at least once a week.                 Responsible for the equipment in the yard in regard to location, general yard maintenance, and tool room.                 Dispose of batteries and tires used by the sales department.                 Perform monthly housekeeping inspections each month by the 15th.                 Assist in administrative duties/paperwork as assigned.                 Order parts as needed for rental equipment.                 Comply with IIPP regulations and Holt safety practices.                 Keep work area and rental fleet storage area clean and orderly.                 Other duties may be assigned.
