If you are handy with tools and have a basic knowledge of construction or building maintenance, apply for this position. We are willing to train you to be a Machine Maintenance Technician.
Summary Engages in the maintenance, remodeling, & repair of physical structures of buildings, warehousing structures, and grounds by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Performs painting and structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
Is engaged in ground maintenance activities, such as policing, and upkeep of property sidewalks & parking lots, snow removal, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weed removal, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
Is engaged in the general cleaning and upkeep of buildings.
Assists in other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knows & complies with company policies and safety regulations.
