House and power washing cleaning opportunity

Looking for Cleaners with experience to clean new build homes. These houses are freshly built resulting in construction clean up. The houses will have a lot of dust, dirt, small debri, removing protective floor and counter coverings. Houses need kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, mechanical rooms, closets top to bottom cleanings. Powerwash needed for two to three stalls and sometimes basements. 2,800 PSI and up for power washer is needed. Will need to make sure garage is swept prior to power washing will need small and big wide broom. Compensation varies, 1099 Job, paid bi-weekly direct deposit, Mon-Fri job, must have own transportation.
