Found grey and white cat

Description

Found: friendly but scared, very skinny grey and white cat. Originally had a bluish grey collar (too small), has been given a pink one that fits (by me). I have been feeding her so she looks less like a furry skeleton. Appears to be a girl. Has a notched left ear (see photos). Is extremely skiddish. But comes if food is involved, likes pets, purrs loudly, gives head bonks, and likes to sit on your shoulder. (Friendly just scared) I live off Decatur & Dartmouth near Federal, in college view. If you are missing a cat, or, would want to foster / adopt a cat, please email me. Sadly she does not get along with my cat, so I can't keep her inside, and with winter here, I'd love to find her somewhere
