We area national short-term rental company named, Frontdesk (stayfrontdesk.com). We are currently looking for someone to partner with for our Birmingham market security needs. I have included the addresses of where our rental apartments are located below. We are looking for unarmed, alarm response services that can escort guests off property if there is a disturbance from our units, check on the noise, and/or give warnings to guests. We would also ask the officer to collect the key from the guest, lock the apartment, and place it in our lockbox if they have to kick out a guest. Looking for someone with security experience + professional demeanor. Pay rate: $50 per call out
